Urban competition of ideas for a new residential district in the North of Frankfurt

The new residential area is divided into individual neighbourhoods of a manageable size. The main development and orientation axis is formed by a square that offers sufficient space for a wide range of neighbourhood activities. A wide range of different types of housing is complemented by commercial space, shops, day-care centres and restaurants, creating a district with a communicative density and an urban character that offers future residents a home in the city.
